    • Reservation modifications are not allowed.
    • In the event of cancellation or failure to use the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest the full cost of the reservation.
    • If the guest does not arrive at the hotel by 12:00 PM the following day, the reservation will be canceled, and the full prepayment will be retained without the possibility of a refund.
